Mission Statement
Jaxhandyman Warranty/Service & Repair Corporation prides itself on the ability to provide our customers with nearly 40 years of experience in the building industry. With each experience, we have gained knowledge and advances in the industry. We have also gained the ability to offer services that are highly skilled, yet reasonably priced. We can work on projects for your personal dream homeor your investment properties at minimal cost to help you gain a great return on your investment. We work closely with the county building departments and zoning departments to insure our practices meet the current industry codes and standards. We have also worked closely with the HUD department to insure the best experience in the affordable housing market. It is our mission to serve our customers with continued growth, experience, knowledge, and most importantly, respect while keeping costs at a minimum. Jaxhandyman Warranty/Service & Repair Corporation a Florida Certified Building Contractor has 17 years of experience. Randy Martin (Owner) spent several years working with Williams and Rowe Custom Home Builders as a Sub contractor handling warranty service issue’s and needs. He has also worked for North Florida Builders and Woodside Homes as a Warranty Service Manager. These experiences allowed Randy to be part of all aspects of the building phases. He has gained vast experiences in the proper procedures to follow when building, and lessons of things not to do when building. Several good relationships have been built with our company with various highly qualified sub-contractors. Randy has been successful in satisfying customers with his willingness to find immediate resolutions.
- Randy spent several years in the United States Navy as a Corpsman. He was combat trained and eager to serve with the United States Marines. He has attended Southern Illinois University and the University of Florida. He has also received additional training in management, employment law, and different practices of the building industry. He is EPA certified for Lead Based Paint.
- Randy is very prideful in his ability to keep a close relationship with his employees and is eager to help each of them in their personal lives along with their professional careers. He provides his employees with competitive wages and benefits. This has allowed the company to retain a hard working highly skilled group of employees over the years.
